Terrible maintenance service. 1 - They do not provide a report with the 40 points to be inspected, which was the main reason why I did the oil change at the agency and not outside, also when leaving the vehicle at the agency they do not give proof 2. - They didn't mention that the windshield washer water pump doesn't work. 3.- They also did not mention that I have a burned out bulb for the "Park" function and the LED needs to be replaced. This makes me think that they only changed the oil and skipped the rest... 4.- They delivered a car with mats full of water, I literally removed the mat and wrung it out in front of the manager Of course, they did make comments about some things that were detected in the engine, such as that it is necessary to change the engine head gasket, repair an oil leak and recommend washing the throttle body but this is not included in the reviews that they are made. They treated me kindly
